The cuisine of Hotel Marcelli's restaurant is a tribute to the culinary traditions of the Marche region, with a menu that celebrates the genuine flavours of the land. The chef carefully selects fresh, top-quality ingredients from local producers to create meat, fish and vegetarian dishes that bring out the essence of the Marche region. To accompany these extraordinary dishes, we offer a selection of high-quality local wines. From the fresh, mineral notes of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi to the soft, enveloping tannins of Rosso Conero, each glass is a perfect complement to the flavours of the Marche's cuisine. On request, you can enjoy dinner by the pool, taking in a magnificent view of the sea and the imposing Monte Conero, illuminated by the lights of the characteristic villages of Sirolo and Numana.

From dawn, our buffet breakfast served in the restaurant or by the pool offers a wide selection of delights to start the day in the best way. You can sample fresh seasonal fruit, jams and fragrant croissants, accompanied by a variety of hot and cold drinks to satisfy every taste.
